Overwhelmed...a little lost...and needing some refreshment

So I titled this post and then had to walk away...my brain is too overloaded to even figure out how to put it down on paper.

...and apparently I still can't. I just walked away again. Apparently I'm not cut out for figuring out how to put my thoughts out there.
